Entwined By Heather Dixon

March 22, 2011

Azela and her younger sisters love to dance more than anything in their lives, they can escape their sadness and sorrows when they do it, but After Azela’s mother dies, everything changes. Being the eldest daughter she now has to be the future queen, and keep the promise she made to her mother to always keep her family safe. Azela doesn’t know about the past that her whole family hides, and she comes face to face with unbelievable and dangerous magic that will be the make or break her and the people she loves. In her journey she fights against all odds, and learns to understand her father and why his cold affection towards them has nothing to do with what she thinks. Azela finds love, passion, and honor as she encounters the deadly traps that a mysterious man, puts her way putting at its end a hidden war.

Entwined is a good book, at the beginning it was kind of shaky, but as the story goes on it becomes smooth and fun to read. I would recommend this book to anyone grades 6-8, who loves romantic fiction, mysterious stories, or Darkness/Light themes.
